iModelHomes in partnership with Ecosign Mountain Resort Planners carried a future needs review for additional conference centre services and facilities. This review included the estimation of demand for functions, festivals, meetings and events in locations of mountain resort, as well as conducting a competitive market analysis of other conference facilities of ski resort and their meeting space ratio to commercial lodging units. Our consultants determined the future conference centre requirements, based on an analysis of required room nights in the future to improve or maintain current level of lodging occupancy because the availability of condominium units and lodge/hotel units would significantly increase as the town's permitted number of units at build-out would be reached.
